NOTES ON RETURNS PROCESSING

Would you like to return or exchange something?

Of course we think that's a pity, but it can happen! 

For the sake of the environment and your wallet, we would like to try to avoid unnecessary returns to be avoided in advance. Therefore, we ask that you only buy products that you really would like to keep. We take great care to ensure all our products of realita map accordingly and all to list relevant information in the product text. There are still questions about the product, such as an exact size? We always stand happy to advise you kundenservice@defeed.de

That's how it works:

Just load here down the returns form. Please fill out all important information about the exchange or return on our returns form and enclose it with your return, so that we problem your ordercan easily assign.

IMPORTANT!

The return costs are borne by the customer.

And of course we can only unworn goods or undamaged goods in their original condition inside 14 days withdraw. In the event of an incorrect delivery/defective item, we will of course send you a return label.

Community masks cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons!

The refund will be made via the respective means of payment within 14 working days after receipt and inspection of the goods. We will inform you about the exact status by email.
